This year we will be writing Our Lady of
Guadalupe
During the workshop we will walk you through the basic method that all icon painters use, regardless of their medium or style. We will share technical considerations, theological principles, and the essential role of prayer in creating icons faithful to the canons of iconography. No prior experience or artistic abilities are necessary. The only thing required of the
beginner is the ability to let go, to trust, and to follow the directions of a master iconographer who has led hundreds of people through this journey over the last 45 years.
